My IT firm where I am serving for the last five years as a business analyst plans a short trekking tour for their employees after every certain period of time because the owners believe that physical fitness is true gold for better and healthy living. Spending multiple hours on the trail, climbing around boulders, rock hopping, and ascending hills gives your whole body a workout, improving your strength, agility, and cardio fitness. 


There are other multiple benefits that my company owners want us to consider but for us, exercise is hard and tiring so they just introduced an exciting rule for everyone to just pack  bags and join a trekking tour which company conducts, some of the benefits I found in myself as a positive change are:

Colleagues remain colleagues for their entire life because at the office, we have no time to talk to each other properly and owners of my company just pulled those barriers and gave us the opportunity to have a fun time with workmates to be each other's friends at a thrilling and exciting place is the most important benefits for me.


Now, we wait for our next tour so eagerly because we make bunches of memories, capture all of them with a GPS Map Camera Lite, look some them every day, and just recall that fun which has so much charm in it.
